Enesoon’s Xiongan New District Clean Energy Cooling and Heating Station Joint Project Passed the Technical Evaluation

The Environmental Development Center and the Science and Technology Development Center under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China held an evaluation in Xiongan New District on March 18, 2019. This meeting was to evaluate the heat supply technology behind the Hybrid Smart Energy Storage system (HSES) clean energy cooling and heating station.


Chief engineer Dong Xuhui from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, along with the Science and Technology Development Center’s deputy director Liu Zunwen and other officials had attended the meeting.


Many other experts in the field also participated in this technology evaluation process and attended the meeting, including Hao Jiming, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, who is also a professor at Tsinghua University; Xu Dingming, former counselor of the General Office of the State Council, PRC and former director of the National Energy Administration; Shi Yunlin, former chief secretary of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry; Xin Zhiwei, secretary of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Satellite Environment Center under Ministry of Ecology and Environment; Chen Guoying, former director general of the Department of Environmental Protection of Hebei Province, and professor at Hebei University of Technology; Liu Jianping, professor at Guangdong University Of Technology; Li Yunyu, director of the Energy Innovation Center under the CECEP Engineering Technology Research Institute; Shen Changjiang, managing director and chief secretary of China Association of Productivity Promotion Centers; and Wang Kejiao, former director from China Quality Certification Centre.


Enesoon’s chief scientist Zeng Zhiyong, Shenzhen Enesoon Clean Energy Investment Co., Ltd’s chairman Nie Yuan and president Xu Xingyun etc., also attended the conference.


In the morning, the officials from the Environmental Development Center and the Science and Technology Development Center under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, along with a group of experts, visited the location of the demonstration project. Chief scientist Zeng Zhiyong introduced the implementation and operation of the project to the guests on-site.


The officials held the evaluation meeting in the afternoon, where they and the experts heard from Enesoon about the technical and data analysis surrounding the technology used in the Xiongan project, as well as the feedback received from the users. The construction of the project began on September 10, 2018, and went into trial operation and adjustment on November 7. By November 15, heat was successfully supplied, it only took 65 days to accomplish. The project adopted Enesoon’s HSES system, which uses theEnergy Storage + Complementary Multiple Energy + Smart Energy Systemtechnology, to provide heat between 18 to 24to customers throughout the full heating season.

After the officials from the Science and Technology Development Center, which is the lead unit of this joint project, analyzed the data and evaluated the technical content, they fully affirmed the technology’s enhancement.


The expert group inspected this technology thoroughly, then believe anonymously that all technical and economical indicators and results of this project are reliable, and the technology itself is advanced and practical. The results can be used as reference for pollution prevention, and in this stage, provide a practical solution for the challenges in using clean energy to supply heat. The world-class level technology has proven to come with environmental , social and economic benefits, it has the condition and prospect to be widely promoted and applied.





爱能森雄安新区清洁能源冷暖站共建示范项目供热技术顺利通过实证评估会审


3月18日,由生态环境部环境发展中心、科技发展中心组织的“赫爱斯(HSES)清洁能源冷暖站供热技术实证评估”评审会在雄安新区举行。

 

生态环境部环境发展中心总工程师董旭辉,科技发展中心副主任刘尊文等领导出席会议。 


中国工程院院士、清华大学教授郝吉明,国务院原参事、国家能源局原局长徐锭明,中国环境保护产业协会原秘书长师云林,生态环境部卫星环境应用中心党委书记、副主任辛志伟,河北省环保厅原厅长、河北工业大学教授陈国鹰,中节能工程技术研究院有限公司能源创新中心主任李云玉,中国生产力促进中心常务理事长、秘书长申长江,原中国质量认证中心主任王克娇等专家参加本次技术评估评审。


爱能森首席科学家曾智勇,深圳爱能森清洁能源投资有限公司董事长聂源、总裁许兴云等公司领导参会。


上午,环境发展中心、科技发展中心领导和专家评审团一行实地考察爱能森赫爱斯(HSES)系统清洁能源冷暖站共建示范项目现场,爱能森科技首席科学家曾智勇现场汇报了项目建设与运行情况。


下午的评审会,生态环境部环境发展中心、科技发展中心领导、专家评审团听取了爱能森对于雄安温泉花园清洁能源冷暖站共建示范项目技术讲解与检测数据分析,以及供暖用户的反馈情况。该项目自2018年9月10日开工建设,11月7日开始调试,并于11月15日顺利实现供暖,工期历时仅65天。该共建示范项目采用爱能森赫爱斯HSES系统“储能+多能互补+智慧能源”技术,整个供暖季温度稳定在18~24℃之间。


该示范项目共建牵头单位生态环境部科技发展中心对项目的运行数据进行了系统分析,结合技术评估内容项对该技术成果进一步的成功转化给与了充分肯定。


评审团针对本次赫爱斯HSES清洁能源冷暖站供热技术的实证评估内容项进行了认真核查,一致认定各项技术经济检测指标及结果真实可靠,技术先进实用,其成果可为打好污染防治攻坚战给予科技借鉴,并为现阶段清洁能源供暖改造中出现的气荒电贵等问题提供切实可行的解决途径,具有良好的环境、社会、经济效益,在同类技术中处于国际领先水平,具备大规模推广应用的条件和前景。
